It is easy to put together (5 mins max), intuitive to collapse and stow, very small and light weight, and has the option of both locking the front wheel or allowing it to swivel.

Is the Thule stroller worth it?

Great stroller. Easy to fold. It fits very nicely into the trunk of a compact car. A couple of things I prefer less about this stroller, having used it for over a year now, is that the recline, in its most forward state, is still quite reclined.
